Dara has help raise hundreds of children from coast to coast over
the last 23 years, as a nanny and a preschool teacher. Her academic
background is based in Early Childhood Education, yet stems from
hands on experience. Dara brings a wealth of information to all
the families she works with in many facets!
Although she is the owner of Seaside Nannies, she loves to take
the time to help teach San Diego parents about their children’s
behaviors, by helping parents understand why their children do
the things they do! Dara helps parents effectively communicate
with their children instead of feeling frustrated ands hopeless
that they cannot curtail their children’s behaviors.
Dara consults with parents about their family dynamic and their
children’s behaviors while offering creative solutions for
a more cohesive union between parent and child. Focusing on the
“whole child” to ensure the child’s environment
is developmentally appropriate.
While effectively speaking to their children, parents can use
specific tools to empower the child’s self esteem while
releasing any type of frustrating feeling that might emerge if
a child is not listening to what is being asked f them. Redirection
