Seaside Nannies begins the nanny search with a face-to-face, in home interview between the family and Seaside Nannies owner, Dara B. Green.

After the initial in-home meeting, Seaside Nannies will begin sending candidates over to meet the family. Families will receive an email with a profile of the nanny candidate as they are precisely picked for the family, depending on the family’s unique and specific needs.

Seaside Nanny highlights are created after a face-to-face interview, references have been checked and the nanny has sent back her Trustline Registry fingerprint application to the office. The application is only accepted after livescan fingerprints have been taken and recorded through the FBI and the DOJ.

Highlights are profiles written about the nanny candidate that describe the nanny candidate’s skill set, demeanor, personality, education, communication, over all knowledge, and basic fit for the family.

Introductions are then created by the delivery of highlights and the candidate’s resume. Once the client has received the Nanny’s highlights and resume, the nanny in return will receive the client’s phone number.

Nannies will call the client to set up an interview and see if there is a potential match. Once Nanny’s and families have met, the client is asked to offer the nanny candidate of their choice for an opportunity to do paid trial with the family. If client feels there is not a connection, then there is no obligation to extend a paid trial to the candidate. However, if family feels a connection to one or more of the candidates sent over by Seaside Nannies, we ask you do trial with all and any of our candidates that you feel comfortable with.

Once the trial time has been set and completed, the nanny and family will sit down together as a team and go over and sign the nanny/family work agreement, which is part of the initial meeting between the family and the agency owner Dara B. Green.

Once family and nanny have completed and signed the nanny/family work agreement, and have come to a mutual agreement that the fit is ideal, then Seaside Nannies will send out the remainder of the statement.
