Seaside Nannies is delighted to be a continual resource for all
nannies placed through the agency. We have the experience to create
a loving and creative learning environment for your client’s
children. Our goal is to create relationships that last and we
have the tools to assist our nannies in achieving that goal.
Seaside Nannies does not believe in online forms. We require
that all nannies submit their professional childcare related resumes
for consideration for an interview. We met and interview every
nanny in person in a comfortable environment to get to know them

Seaside Nannies Requirements for Nannies
- TRUSTLINE
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Current CPR and First
Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of a clean DMV record (DUI or DWI not accepted)
- Proof of car registration and car insurance
- 3-6 Excellent References
- Letters of Recommendation
- Early Childhood Education Units (ECE Units) are favored
- Infant Experience highly sought after
All Seaside Nannies are required to be fingerprinted for California’s
TRUSTLINE Registry BEFORE they are allowed to obtain any of our
client’s personal information. All Seaside nannies are CPR and First
Aid Certified before beginning their permanent positions
with our families.
Babysitting
All Nannies placed by Seaside Nannies have the opportunity
to be on our babysitting list. This is an opportunity for our
nannies to make some extra money if their schedule allows for
it. Our list is sold to clients, so that they might have a date
night, or plan one in advance. The list is not meant to be a fifteen-hour
a week babysitter!
